The Rise of Islam

The tragic events of 9/11 served as a wake-up call to the entire world regarding the intense threat posed by the religious ideologies of Islam. As one of the world's three prominent monotheistic faiths, Islam has over 1.2 billion adherents around the globe... and it is growing rapidly. The Muslim faith emphasizes a strict obedience to the words of their holy book, the Quran.

The Bible predicts that in the 'latter times' the nations of the Middle East will become center stage in the battle of the ages: The Battle of Armgadeddon. (Rev. 16:16) Prior to the battle, the Bible predicts that a newly re-formed nation of Israel will face increasing hostility from neighboring nations. (Psalms 83; Ezek. 38,39) As history has taken its course through the centuries, our modern day finds an overwhelming majority of the nations in the Middle East dominated by the false religion of Islam. Sadly, many Muslims in the Middle East are taught from a tender young age that the modern nation of Israel is a 'little Satan' and that America is the 'great Satan.'Accordingly, Islam desires to rid the world of these two impure nations. These Muslims have demonstrated that they seek to destroy everything that stands in their way of spreading Islamic rule and Sharia law around the globe. Fittingly, radical Islam views Christianity and Judaism as theological cancers upon the global society. Their answer: Destroy them.
