Two centuries ago, if your father was a blacksmith, chances were that you would also become a blacksmith. However, in this new era of technological advance and market innovation, it is possible that your father was a blacksmith, and you are a internet engineer. The generational divide is a trend that is affecting churches, industries, and everything in between. According to U.S. Census records, over 78 million Baby Boomers will be entering retirement age over the next two decades. This unique demographic challenge, termed as the 'silver tsunami' is a trend that JRMI is closely tracking. We believe that this generational divide will provide interesting challenges and opportunities in America's future.
